Facilitation and Experience Design
Big challenges demand collective solutions. Through skilled facilitation and experience design, I focus on creating the conditions for people to come together across sectors, perspectives, and lived experiences to find common ground and move forward together. Whether facilitating ongoing collaboration or designing a one-time convening, I help groups think beyond traditional modes to create meaningful and transformative experiences.
Facilitation and Experience Design
Whether guiding a cross-sector coalition, launching a collective impact initiative, or planning an important event, I prioritize building trust, sparking alignment, and translating collaboration into action. I focus on the big and small details to create transformative experiences over the short- and long-term. My facilitation services include:
Convening and facilitating multi-sector collaborations and collective impact initiatives
Guiding coalition-building efforts across organizations and communities
Leading strategic conversations that surface diverse perspectives and align priorities
Designing experiences to maximize participation, spur collaboration, and ignite momentum
