Youth Engagement and Innovation Fund
School and Main Institute, 2024-2025
I provide hands-on coaching, technical assistance, and training workshops for grantees of the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Youth Engagement Innovation Fund. I support grantees to plan and implement innovative pilot projects to increase youth engagement and leadership within their organizations. I design and facilitate custom training workshops to support grantee growth in areas like youth empowerment, the engagement spectrum, power sharing, and outcomes measurement.
Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program (MVP 2.0)

As an Equity Partner with MVP 2.0, I provide hands-on coaching and facilitate training for diverse teams of municipal staff and community members around topics such as equitable engagement, social vulnerability, environmental and climate justice, and shared decision making.
D4 Civic Empowerment Series
City Councilor Andrea Campbell, 2018-2019
Co-designed with residents of Dorchester, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and Roslindale, and sponsored by City Councilor Andrea Campbell, the D4 Civic Empowerment Series was a six-part workshop to equip residents to successfully lead, grow, and sustain civic and community groups in their neighborhoods.
